Thirty days, no credit card, no payment details of any kind. Most "free trials" require a card up front and start charging silently on day 31 — that's a dark pattern, and it's the reason we run the trial ourselves rather than through the app stores. If you decide allora isn't for you, do nothing at all and nothing happens.

The Verified subscription pays for an identity check — it doesn't grant the badge on its own. You complete a verification with our identity provider, and the badge appears if it passes. We built it this way on purpose: a badge you can simply buy would mean "subscribed", not "authentic", and then it wouldn't be worth having.

A one-off $99 payment for permanent Member access — no renewals, no subscription, capped at 1,000 people for the life of the app. It's for people who want to fund an independent app early rather than pay a little every month forever.

Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. They handle the payment, the renewals and the receipts — we never see or store your card details. You can cancel any time from your Apple or Google account settings, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Because purchases go through Apple and Google, refunds are handled by them under their own policies — we can't issue one directly. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: your order history at play.google.com. If you hit trouble, email hello@alloraapp.com and we'll help you through it.

Your account and everything in it stays exactly where it is — nothing is deleted. Your profile and posts become hidden from other people while the membership is lapsed, and come back the moment you resubscribe. You can still reach your settings, download a full copy of your data, and delete your account, whether you're paying or not.
